Error While connecting MCP-Business central with co-pilot studio

I am getting this error while connecting MCP server of BC with Co-pilot studio, when connection shows green but when i expand the tool section of MCP then no tool found and this error coming "{"reasonCode":"RequestFailure","errorMessage":"Connector request failed","HttpStatusCode":"notFound","errorResponse":"[{\"jsonrpc\":\"2.0\"}]","mcpMethod":"initialize","connectorId":"/providers/Microsoft.PowerApps/apis/shared_dynamicssmbsaas","operationId":"InvokeMCP","dialogSchemaName":"cr22d_financeAssistantForBusinessCentral.action.Dynamics365BusinessCentral-Dynamics365BusinessCe_vBU"}"
