Suppose i have 100 users in microsoft crm 4.0 .but currently 20 are logged into CRM 4.0. I want to know name of those 20 people .
Please suggest how to achieve this.

There is no functionality for this out of the box. However, with a 3rd party tool you can get this info.

As Alex said, there is no out of box functionality available. But you could use a custom entity and create an audit functionality with the user context and logged in time.
