Default SmartList Favorite presenting error in Sales Account Column

Hello,

I am running a Accounts Receivable SmartList Favorite (slightly edited to add several columns) and in a specific column (Sales Account), I either get a blank value or the following message "Account - Access denied or access missing".  All other values for all invoices / payments are shown without issue, including the Accounts Receivable Account.  Also, when I zoom in on a transaction, I am able to see the Sales Account perfectly.  I also run the exact same smartlist in another company and do not get this error.   I am on GP 2015 and I'm using the sa user.  To this point, I have not found any article on the web with this exact error, but based on similar issues, I have:

Run the Grant.sql on the company DB and the DYNAMICS DB.

Verified that Account Level Security is not active in the company

I am running a standard SmartList, no SmartList Designer or Builder.

Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello RM82,

Thank you for your reply.  Yes, I verified that Account Security was not active.  In effect, it was unchecked so it isn't active.  I even went to "Registration" and deactivated Account Security from the features just to be sure. It is super weird because I am using "sa" and are able to see the Sales Account everywhere else. It only gives me the error in the SmartList and it is the most important column I need...

Hello! So sorry! I now see that was listed in the things you already tried.

It seems like you have done all of the steps that I would normally think of. Do you know if the smartlist is based on a view or on the tables directly? You could always see if there is something wrong with the view or try recreating the smartlist to see if that refreshes it.

    Hello! No problem.

My guess is that since it is one of the default SmartList favorites (the only modification was that a couple columns and parameters were added and saved as a new version), my best guess is that it would be based on one of the default views when a company is created.  However, I do not know which view it would be.

All I know is that the SmartList folder is under Sales >> Accounts Receivable.  If there is a way to find out which view it might be pointing to, it would be very helpful.

    Thanks in advance!
