Asset ID missing In the FA Module

Hi All,
The strangest thing happen, We lost an Asset ID in the FA Module for one of our Assets. This Asset was set up a year ago and has been depreciating for 12 month, so its not new. Has this ever happen to anyone else and how did you fix it?

    You posted the question in the CRM forum, but I think when looking at the screenshot, you are using GP. Can you confirm which application you are using? Then we can move the question to the correct forum for you.

    Are you sure you are not using field level security?
    or any customization?
     
    Did you check this asset id in inquiry windows ? smartlist or any report?

    I did do Asset look up, ran a smart list report. The description and the Class ID are there but no Asset ID.

    Hello,
     
    To correct this, you will need to update the Assetid in the FA00100 in SQL. Once done, you should be able to see the Asset id then. Be sure you test this in test first.
