    Hi Akanksha,

POA(PrincipalObjectAccess) table the data is created when you share/assign the records between the users in CRM

When the performance of CRM gets slow you have to check the POA about the count of

    records

    Check this link below,

    030bacf.netsolhost.com/WordPress

    Hope it helps you

    Hi Akansha,

it is a table which stores information of shared records

    This URL might help:

    030bacf.netsolhost.com/WordPress

    Retrieve POA

    community.dynamics.com/.../principal-object-access-table-poa-table-grows-large

And obviously you have links to control the performance but still providing:

    support.microsoft.com/.../2664150

POA table stores information about sharing of records in CRM. Every time shares are granted on records in CRM, a new entry is created in POA table. It stores information of User/Team with the record is stored, Object GUID, rights granted, etc.

You can also check below blog for information on POA.

    Hi Akanksha,

When a record is shared to individual users, say, an account record is shared to 10 users, so, it will create 10 entries in POA table, whereas, if a record is shared to access team, then there will be only one entry created for team in POA table.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

    Thanks,

    Mridula
