This window 'Customer Email Options' is used to configure Email for Sales documents in Dynamics GP.

My apologies, we upgraded from GP 10, in customer maintenance there was no email button at the bottom right hand corner. When you go into there, you have 'Customer Email Options' from there what happens?
Microsoft Office 2007 is not support for GP 2013. Try to send the customer statement in Email with using Outlook 2010 or later versions.

Microsoft Office 2013 32bit & x64
Microsoft Office 2010 32bit & x64
also it supports Office 365
