Curently we have a notes field where we are using a simple name; for our website linking the field ; we need somethnig where following can be achieved in the notes field.
for example the cologne coolwater ; in notes field we have coolwater.
we would like to have
"Coolwater" "Eau de toillette Spray" by "Davidoff" for "Men"
This is if i translate in fields
"Notes" "Subdescription3" by "Subdescription1" for "Department"
someone said we can exporrt the database in wxcel and use excel function and import back; i do not know how to do that; do you have any suggestion how can we achive that?
Once this notes firld is revised; i need the field Extended description and Notes to be swaped in the database; as for the website integration of those fields.
