Where does Automation comes in in Navision 2018 or Business Central?

Hi,

Whenever I do a search on NAV or Business CEntral, I often come across this statement " NAV/ BC helps to automates and streamlines business processes". However, so far as I have used Navision, I don't see any automation, so I thought I might have overlook.

Can anyone advise where is the automation? It will be great if I can make use of it.

Highly adaptable and rich with features, Business Central enables companies to manage their business, including finance, manufacturing, sales, shipping, project management, services, and more. Companies can easily add functionality that is relevant to the region of operation, and that is customized to support even highly specialized industries.

    A very simplified scenario:

    - if you post a sales invoice, all relevant ledgers will be updated automatically and you do not have to worry about it.
