Bulk update opportunities pipeline phase

Hi,

I would need to update the pipeline phase of opportunities loaded from other systems so the active stage is not showing correct value as active stage and pipeline phase are not same.

I see all these opportunities mapped to the correct business process but the active phase is different from pipeline phase.

My business process flow stages are

1-qualify

2-propose

3-develop

4-close

Ex: Opportunity 1 has pipeline phase = propose; active stage= 1-qualify; but i want active stage to be 2-propose so I would like to update pipeline phase to 2-propose.

I tried creating on demand workflow but not able to select pipeline phase field in the conditional step also its not visible in the opportunity entity fields to be updatable.

Appreciate your thoughts and suggestions.

I have two things to do here.

1) Update the pipeline phase of leads and opportunities loaded from other system

2) update active stage with the pipeline phase if

Hi partner,

Please try to change the stage name in the BPF.

Go to customizations, select Processes, edit the opportunity BPF.

Then change each stage's display name. Finally update.
