71Hello Everyone,
We want to import activities from old environment to new environment data is really large, we tried with import/export of excel but no success at all.
Import activities in this sequence.
- All Emails - With and without attachment
- All Phone calls
- All Tasks
- All Appts
- All Notes - With and without attachment
Main Concern -
A) Some user (i.e. owner of records) have left the company and not present in new environment.
B) Some contacts associated with records in old environment are not present in the new environment.
Is there any method /SOP OR external tool to resolve above issue and help to import the data so that we can use CRM.
