I am making some customizations to our Opportunities and created a new form for the users named "Sales Pipeline". I've got this set to appear for all security roles but this form is not appearing as an option for the user.
Am I missing a step with this?

I always recommend a CTRL + F5 when there are major UI related changes are published just to be sure we get the latest changes.
All Customizations have been published.
The users given access to the new form were only seeing 1 form available (not the form they should have) so they could not change the form to the newly created one.
It now appears that they are seeing only the new form as they should. There may have been some sort of delay in the system between publishing and the users seeing the published form.

"Publish All Customizations" to make sure your changes are published.
