On our website we have a contact form; we want to embed CRM code into the form so that it automatically record their contact info and lead details in our CRM when they use our web form.
Q1. How is this done? (is it possible?)
Q2. Is this feature of MS CRM D' available on the on-site/non-cloud version or is it only a component of the cloud version of CRM?
