Hi,
While creating sales & purchase invoice Vat is not calculating. But excise calculating only 10% on basic value Please ref the screens

Check the structure applied to the transaction and check for the master also whether VAT prod posting group is attached or not.
I have already defined the vat prod posting group but its not calculating
What about structure ???

Check your vat posting grout and vat posting setup , this might be the issue
