ERROR issue with DotNet variable

When i am running Amazon MWS GetReportList code unit  in  nav  for amazon integration  for  getting report list from amazon it showing following error message .

"A DotNet variable has not been instantiated. Attempting to call HMACSHA256.ComputeHMAC.GetFormattedTimestamp in CodeUnit Amazon MWS GetReportList: OnRun"
