Physical Stock Adjustment on AX 2012

Hi Everyone,

Please I need to do stock adjustment /reconciliation  of physical stock items in our Warehouse and on AX 2012 R2.

I.e How can I resolve this scenario , if I have 1000 bags of Flour in the Warehouse after stock count  and on AX 2012 we have 998 bags of Flour,  how can I post the 2 bags difference on AX 2012.

 and vice- reversal as stated below;

Also,if I have 988 bags of Flour in the Warehouse after stock count  and on AX 2012 we have 1000 bags of Flour,  how can I remove  the 2 bags difference on AX 2012.

    Hi dapdomma, You can post the 2 bags difference either in a item countring or inventory adjustment journal in the inventory module. Best regards, Ludwig

    you can find some Information on those journals here:

    Just test the journals first in a demo-/test-system if you are not familiar. I believe you can manage their usage easily.
