Hi
We use dynamics 365 crm sales module. Now we have opportunity and with this opportunity we have associated quotes and its status is active or draft. Now when we close as lost opportunity then close opportunity form is open and when we click on ok then at that time popup message is coming. we dont want to allow this popup message. so is their any way that we disable or stop this popup message. I have also attached screenshot for your reference.

we want to stop this message:- Opportunity cannot be closed

There are still active or draft quotes associated with this opportunity. These must be closed before the opportunity can be closed.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, this is the default behavior and is due to product design.
Opportunities can only be closed if all associated quotes are not in the "Draft" or "Active" status.

    Hi,

These error alert dialogs are provided by the system and no interface is provided to use them.
The error message can be modified.
