Create a new company in Great Plains

I have logged into the GP Utilities to create a test company however the only option I have available to me from the Additional Tasks is Update modified forms and reports. Can anyone help me to understand why the other tasks are not available to me?

I just realized I dont have the correct sa password. I was logging in as DYNSA. I am getting the sa password and will let you know if this solves the issue.

Are you on the server logged in as 'sa' when you launched GP Utilities?

Hi,

It looks like you logged in as 'sa', because you have that in a tag. Just to confirm, when you click on the drop-down arrow, you do not get any other choices?

Your client install must not have the server objects installed with it. Do you have a Dynamics client on the SQL Server machine? If so try that Dynamics Utilities on that machine and see if you get the Create Company in the drop down list.
