Default value when personalizing email in outbound marketing

Hi,

I have noticed that real time marketing has the option to select a defauklt value in personalizing content (Dear [first name]), but i massing the functionaklity in outnd marketing.

1. How do you solve this in outbound marketing?

2. How does d365 outbound marketing react with a contact that has a personalized value not filled? Does not send? Does not personalize?

    Outbound does not have default value - if the value doesn't exist, it will result in no content.
