CRM 2016 FOR PHONE - DISPLAY A CUSTOM FORM OF AN ENTITY

Hello people.

Happy New Year 2017.

I have a solution with the entity:  "Account".

There are forms for it:  "Account Complete", "Account", "Information".

The Active Forms are:  "Account Complete".  Inactive Form:  "Account", "Information".

The Order:  "Account Complete", "Account", "Information".

We need to show the custom Form: "Account Complete"  in the PHONE.

The app using in the PHONE:  Dynamics 365 FOR PHONE in Samsung Android.

    Hi Tom, thanks for your soon reply.

    1. Yes, user is administrator.

    2. Yes, Mobile is enabled for Entity Account.

    3.  "Account Complet" (Account Form) is enabled for Mobile.

    Actually, I tested by myself, and effectively the form showed is : "Account Complete" (First Form in the Order).  

    Differently from the other user, is: I am using an IPHONE.

    On the other hand, when creating an Account is showing "The Quick Create Form", but by now is OK.

    The conclussion:  The first form in the "Order" is shown in the Mobile. Also, re-sign in and refresh the app in the mobile after the changes.

    Hi Roxana, thanks for reaching out.

    There are several moving pieces for mobile access.

    1. User has the right security permissions to access Mobile? (I expect yes or you would say everything in mobile is not working)
    2. The Account entity under System > Customizations is enabled for Mobile
    3. The "Account Complete" form is enabled for all security roles or at least the role the user has.

    From what you describe the above may all be true. If that's the case, can you enable the "information" form which should be the OOB form, and does that appear?
