Queue Items not showing up for one of our users

We have a queue which I have added 2 users.  Both these users have the same security roles.  Both users can access the queue but only one user sees the queue items.  I even gave system admin to the user who can't see the queue items and they still don't show up.

I am so confused.  Does anyone have any ideas?

    For anyone else landing on this post, flipping the Queue type from 'Private' to 'Public' will resolve the issue.

    Hi Sumit - I've been trying to figure out how to best use the queue for my organization, and have noticed that when I "Pick" an item and select Yes to removing the item from the queue, that it just disappears and can't be found anywhere under All Items, Items I am working on, etc. The same happens if I Route it to a User rather than to another queue - the item seems to just disappear. Do you have any idea where those go??

    Hi , Can you confirm queue Type- private or public  and post screenshot of how you are verifying queue items.

    Please be aware that if queue item is picked by one of user and option to remove item is marked as yes, it removes item from queue  and worked by field is updated to user who picked it. It will not be visible to other user if they navigate to queue.

    Possible that users only see records they own/assigned?
