Hi All,
I have a customer that wants to view the dimension columns on their General Journals. They are aware they can be seen using "Show more" setting, however they want the columns available without this, as all their other users have the capability.
Two problems
1) Dimension columns are unavailable to add from personalization on "show fewer"
a. A workaround was to remove the columns from "show more" then they become available to add with personalization on "show fewer"
2) BIG PROBLEM: once I leave this screen, the personalization is removed and the process must be redone EVERY TIME someone wants to use a general journal.
NOTE: EVERY OTHER EMPLOYEE CAN SEE DIMENSION COLUMNS ON THEIR GENERAL JOURNALS
