Dynamics CRM Outlook Client

I have a client running Dynamics CRM 2011 and the corresponding Outlook client with CRM Add-in; The issue is that when you start up Outlook the addin is not loaded, I have to go to File, Options, Addins, then enable both CRM addins. How do I make them run on startup? Thanks

    I've already read most of these blogs and I've tried disabling the other addins, to no avail.

    I did notice that in my Outlook instance there are two Microsoft Dynamics CRM Addins, one of them has the load behavior: load at startup; On the clients machine both load behaviors are just 'load'. Could this be the issue?

    --UPDATE--

    I went into the clients registry at HKEY_LOCAL_USER Software Microsoft Office Outlook Addins and found the CRM addin and set 'LoadBehavior' to 3.

    It seemed to have worked as it seems to load when Outlook loads, except now Outlook crashes. After restarting Outlook again the CRM Addin is in the 'Slow and disabled Addins' area, when I click enable, it crashes Outlook.  

    Thoughts? Thank you
