I would like to have a notification window in my USD when there is an incoming call. What I wanted to achieve is a notification like Lync call/message notification. Thanks in advance!

Yes, I already have the CTI solution integrated (Lync). I'm already getting the caller's details to USD. I would like to have a notification that appears when there is an incoming call and will contain the button for answering the call.
I'm not that familiar with XAML. I'm not sure how can I have the notification shown for my USD.
