How To expose this Web Services Request List from Web Services Setup LS RETAIL

Hi Everyone,

I would like to ask regarding web services. I want to expose GET_MEMBER_INFO from LS RETAIL. But I dont know how to do it. Please see attachment for illustration. Thank you
