urgent QR code question

Hi everyone

I'm on the lookout for where to find the best APP to allow for customers entering into our restaurant to use their phones to scan a QR. code - which will then have them input their data (name, phone, address) and this information will then download into a CRM.

We need to provide this for out restaurants as of today, in New Zealand, for tracking of peoples movements during covid-19, in case of infection and the need to contact by the government.

I'm a newbie with this kind of stuff so the simplest of APP's would be ideal.

    Hi Monkey2018,

    There's no OOB methods in D365 application for QR Scanning. While I could provide several alternative ways for your reference:
    1. Use Power Apps and Power Automate to create one QR Code Scan Application writing data in CRM environment

    3.Some 3rd party application like RESCO Mobile CRM with Barcode & QR Code Scanner- reading of QR codes and filling in a CRM field based on it, searching based on a code in lookup

    Hi Dear,

    Greetings of the day!

    In regards to your concern, You have to use Microsoft Forms Pro, from that you will create from & share this from link as well as QR Code.

    You will use survay forms templates as per your requirement. Create flow for Dynamics 354 contact entity,send form to all contacts using contact email field to your all customer usint flow.
