CRM for Outlook 2013 - Issue with Offline Mode

I am trying to use the "Go Offline" function with my Outlook 2013 CRM but when I press the offline icon, an error message saying "Offline functionality is not supported in this earlier version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for outlook and this Microsoft Dynamics CRM organization. Download a compatible Outlook Client Version." is displayed.

I use Outlook 2013 and the CRM is also 2013 so not sure why I am getting this error message.

Please let me know if someone has encountered the same issue and have found a resolution!
