Hey, we hope to get Microsoft tools for all of our official purposes from the coming January. Currently, we use both office tools and Google. At times it becomes a task for the team members to convert documents and sheets either to Google docs or Microsoft office. As most of the hierarchy members are using Microsoft, we are switching to it.
However, as CCTV team head, I will be documenting everything only next month. Unfortunately, I'm new to Microsoft and the entire office tools. I currently use Google slides to create plans for our team. In Google Slides, I use add-ons to make digrams and other picturization. Recently I have used SlideKit aND Lucidcharts more. But when it comes to PowerPoint, I don't know what all Add-ons are available; also, I am unaware if it can be used to meet these needs. I heard that Microsoft Visio is suitable for creating digrams, but some threads are there stating some other applications have replaced it. I have no idea if anyone in CCTV camera installation services in Bangalore is using any of these applications.
However, I thought of getting some knowledge before next year. So can anyone please enlighten me on this?
