Getting error on GPReports.dll when launching and exiting GP 2010

Hi all,

One of my users, when launching GP 2010 gets the following error messages:

"Could not load external "GetCachePath@GPReports.dll"

"Could not load external "isDLLCorrectVersion@GPReports.dll"

When exiting he gets the following message:

"Could not load external "ClosePrintEngine@GPReports.dll"

Any idea what is causing these error messages?

    SARAS,

    GPReports.dll seems like a customization built using the VSTools. Review the code of Initialize() to find the issue. Is this customization working on other users' machines? If you are not using the customization, you can try removing from Addins folder in the GP installation folder.

    Hi Saras,

    This sounds like an error from our GP Reports Viewer product.  As a first step, I would try exiting GP on the computer where you are experiencing this issue and re-launching it by right clicking on the GP shortcut and choosing "Run as administrator".  If the error goes away, then exit GP and try launching it regularly (without "Run as administrator").  Please email us at support@flex-solutions.com with more details if you are still having trouble with this.

    Hi Victoria,

    I did as you suggested but the same resulted. I will be emailing you at flex-solutions.com for support. The user is running on Windows 7 if that would make any difference..
