Tracking PDF opens or events

Beginner here!

We have a document library of PDFs for vets. At the moment I can track numbers of opens by using an on button event click and analytics/power BI.

We have just got M4D and I would love to be able to show on the contact insights tab which pdfs they have opened (it will also help me to allocate them to specific segments related to their interests).

What would be the simplest way to do this please? help a NOOB out

Also: Social media - Is it not possible to post to multiple accounts at once? Even if it could just be all the facebook accounts?

But surely even as a worst case we could track the url of each PDF? As each uploaded PDF has its own url?

    Hi,

    Q1:

    It cannot be achieved.

The trackings in Dynamics Marketing can be referred in:

Track online behavior (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs

    Q2:

Yes, you need to set the post  to multiple accounts separately.
