Hello,

I am trying to get the value of "remaining days to the event" that is in the Event record, however every time I preview, the field is empty :

And it is weird because it has days!

Do you know if is a bug? Because if I select another field such as "name" , it is printed correctly.

    Hi anagrou,

"Countdown in days" is a calculated field, it is a known issue that value of calculated field won't display in marketing email, I also encountered your issue in my previous and current instance.

Now there is a update available for my marketing application, you could follow suggestion from Shravan to update your application to check whether the issue could be fixed.

    Hey Anagrou,

If you're trying to add this into an email, the preview/test send should show you the information in the latest release (please update your marketing instance). if you still see this issue, please open a support ticket and we'll have a look on priority.

    Thanks,

    Hi anagrou,

    Are you using Event Portal?

I didn't find an option in Event form to display remaining days to the event on event website.

You could expose the remaining days field to front-end.
