We are in the process of setting BPA linked to our UAT environment (which is a multi box environment) . The problem we have is the reports are not loading (a message just states it can take 24hrs for the data to load through), but its been nearly 3 days.
When i check the diagnostics tab, it does say dimensions groups are missing. But to be able to set up dimensions group, you need normal dimensions listed, however we have no dimensions showing in the dimensions section. Any idea why no dimensions are not showing in the dimensions list?
Security wise, everything look ok in the BPA app (i have admin access) so would not expect to be missing anything, unless there needs to be access from within F&O that needs granted. However, again in F&O i have system admin access.
