Filtering by dimension in column definition in Management Reporter RU3

I have prepared a report that filters on the 7th dimension in the column definition. Without filtering it returns everything as would be expected but when you try to filter on a single territory per column no data is returned. However when you filter on any of the other eight dimensions there is no problem. I have run this same column dimension on a different company that has the same account structure and the report runs without a problem so I am assuming there is a data error in GP just for this company and this dimension. I have also tried running the same report in the original MR 2012 and am getting the same problem. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this one company would have a problem?
