Add-on for Sales order processing

Can anyone suggest a user friendly add-on module that will work with GP sales order processing just to enter sales quotes ? Quotes are 300-400 lines long with lots of additional entry in comment field and user defined fields. Because of the amount of data entry involved, we are looking into something that can work similar to MS excel features(like copy paste).

Hi Ajit,

We have a very tightly integrated product that sits on top of GP specifically to make order entry very user friendly and fast.

We have a variety of user defined fields and notes that can be configured and these fields can have defaults so that repetitive data entry is minimized.

We also have the concept of templates for creating orders so that you can use historical activity as a base for creating new orders. This increases speed because the system can load the beginnings of an order for you.

Our product, BluWare, is browser based for ease of access and deployment and is seamlessly integrated with GP in real time.

You could also use integration manager to import large quotes from a spreadsheet.
