I hope someone can help.
I have a new Project Invoice ER template, derived from Microsoft's original templates. I have created ER destination, one template for screen and one template for email, I have set the Purpose to be invoice. I have then created print management setting, View Original Default = Screen Template and One condition, advised that the invoice is not a proforma, has a valid email address and purpose is set to invoice. But each time i click Project > Project Invoice > Invoice Journal > View Original, it will pick up the first setting - i was expecting that it would show the Screen Template on screen and only send when i select Send > Use Print Destinations. Please see below for my configuration:
I have tried adding detination name, but this this doesn't work.
with all the configuration above when i click VIEW> Original it still sends the email and doesn't display on screen as i would expect it too.
Please can someone review and advise.
