Missing files after saving reports automatically in Excel?!

Hi, guys,

I have the following problem:

I have programmed an action that allows me to automatically store several reports at once on a certain path.

But if I sometimes select a lot of reports to be filed at the same time (in an Excel file), I get my normal message that all of them could be filed successfully.

However, when I navigate to the storage location, reports are often missing.

But if I execute the action for each individual report, there is never anything missing...

The reports are stored as Excel files. For example, if I save all reports at once in the form of PDF files, there is never anything missing...

What could be the reason for this? Does Excel have any known problems or the SAVEASEXCEL function?

Thank you ;)

    Hi Malue1991,

I’m not aware of any known issues in that area, but just some ideas what I would check.

First of all, I would check the event log (application) of the NST once not all files are created to verify that there are not any errors logged.

After that I would check if you simply create the files on NST or if you stream it with creating temp fles to another location and if there might be an issue.

    docs.microsoft.com/.../saveasexcel-function--report-

shows some best practice and error message which can occur.
