Hi All,
I would like to reset the whole production tenant. Can I delete it and re-create production tenant?
So far, I can only delete the Sandbox Tenant, but not the production.
Any idea to delete and re-create?

You need to request this to Microsoft via support request.
If call the sandbox from the production, you can rest
Press alt+q search for sandbox
You need to request this from Microsoft via a support request. Even partners does not have permission to do do this. Microsoft team handle the entier process of this.
Just an update for anyone who come across this page.

The Business Central administration center provides an easy method for creating environments for the tenant. For example, if you have been using a production environment for training purposes, and you have decided to start using Business Central to run the business, you can delete the original production environment and then create a new production environment.
Note
Each Business Central tenant is limited to three production environments.
