Email accounts is in Pending Approval

We have a situation when email accounts which were approved a long time ago suddenly be put in Pending Approval list. My organization uses Server-side Synchronization.
What is the cause and does anyone know how to fix it?
  • Email accounts is in Pending Approval
    Yes, I have contacted the admins to re-approve the email accounts. However, what I'd like to know is why this happened because everything was functioning well before i.e., accounts were approved from the beginning with proper access.

    Did you try to contact the system administrator to re-approve accounts mailboxes?
    You can also check the status of your account mailboxes via The Server-Side Synchronization Monitoring dashboard.
