In our system we print our bar code labels from within the Store Manager. We originally used the Cognitive Advantage Blaster. For multiple reasons we have decided to replace it with the Dymo Labelwriter 450 Twin Turbo.
In store we use the 3 0f 9 Bar Code Label. The labels we have set up printed fine on the previous printer, however now when ever I go to print a label instead of printing the normal bar code label.
It prints something like the following:
!0 118 190 1
WIDTH 235
PITCH 200
STRING 18x23 0 10
STRING 24x31 2 60
END
It will print the other Bar Codes that are in the system, just not the 3 of 9.
Something else, to note, is that when I got to print labels it shows a preview of the label, except when trying to print 3 of 9 - It just says no preview available.
As far as i know the labels that it will print are all stock with the POS and the labels that will not print are the 3 of 9 labels that I believe are custom. However, they have always printed in the past.
Another note, I installed the printer with the driver it came with and I installed it with the the Generic - Generic Text driver.
The generic text driver is what always worked on previous printers.
I would greatly appreciate any help on this.
