Email Activity Closed Date

I sent an email on 1/6/22 however the date this email states as being closed in Dynamics 365 is 2/1/22. Has anyone else had his issue? And does anyone know what causes it?

Hi mmcg1,

Yes, this is a wired thing. When we send an email from outlook, it could have a bit delay from Outlook Server to Dynamics Server. However, almost a month delay is too much. You would better raise a ticket to contact Microsoft about this since it couldn't be reproduced.

Through outlook. I know there's a slight delay but a month seems like a little excessive. Thanks for your time with my question :)
