I just created a Voucher as a tender type and am trying to load a gift card after a returned item. Can anyone tell me why I would be getting "Invalid Tender" message?

I figured it out. Call it "user error."
I had downloaded the tender type to the test location, but not the item. There was not a valid voucher type item to push the credit to, so it gave this error.
Item added, error resolved.
