Combine Sales cube and Project cube

Hello,

I'm working in Excel power pivot and using an analysis services cube as my data connection.

Is it possible to create the relation between these cubes in Excel Power pivot with MDX-queries instead of creating a new perspective in AX?

It works when I combine them in the AOT and linking both Invoice Date and Ledger trans Date to same dimension group in visual studio.

For an example, I would like to see sale statistics from Sales Cube and ProjCube combined.
