I am following these instructions to  Add your JavaScript code in a Script web resource in Dynamics 365.  But it does not answer the basic question of how do you get to Navigate to your Customer Engagement instance in browser, and go to Settings > Customizations.

Here are the screens I see when I open https://port.crm.dynamics.com/G/Instances/InstancePicker.aspx?redirect=False

    Hi,

on the first screenshot, hit that "Open" button.

Once in CRM, go to Settings->Customizations:)

The one at the top right says Personalization Settings, like setting time zone.  Nothing else:

Ok.. In the list of applications, do you see Dynamics 365 - Custom? If yes, click it.

If you open that application, you should see a standard Dynamics screen. You probably won't see settings right away, so click on the drop-down arrow next to the "Sales", then choose Settings, then customizations

Maybe that it the problem.  I don't have an app that says "Sales." From what I read in the instructions the Setting button is only in Sales.

I think you are looking at the Sales Hub application. Try this, then..

In the browser url, remove everything after "main.aspx". Just keep it like this:

    https://<current root url - use what's in the browser>/main.aspx

    Then open that url

    Alex,

    Do you have a reply?

Disregard the other two replies please.  Here is what I see when I add  main.aspx.  Basically it is the same screen.
