When I look at the Item Movement Report in HQ, I sometimes see adjustments in the [Type] column with and entry of "Unknown." Does anyone know what causes these Unknowns?

Hello Rick,
Thank you for letting us know that the link on our reports library appears to be broken.
The worksheet 260 should be used to send newly created items to a store from HQ. If you use Worksheet 260 on an item that already exists at the store, it will set the store's on hand quantity to match HQ's on hand quantity.
For this reason, we do not reccomend using Worksheet 260 to edit item properties. To edit an item's properties, use Worksheet 250 in Maintenance Mode.

I do. First, thanks. Second, the report is not there. I can see it listed when I drill through to the Reports Library for RMS, and can view the pdf, but the zip file location is invalid. And finally, my understanding of a 260 is that it is the definition of an item. How does a 260 change item on-hand quantities?
Hello Rick,
Thank you for your questions.
The InventoryTranferLog.Type of "11" signifies a quantity adjustment that was made as a result of processing a Style 260: Download Items worksheet.
We have a report available on Customer Source that labels these movements as such:
Report - Item Movement History Report with InventoryTransferLog.Type 11 Added

They are all showing up with an 11 in the [Type] column of the InventoryTransferLog table.
