Dynamics NAV 2017 - Jet Report Issue

Hi Team,

One of our client is having issue with Jet Reports while pulling the information from NAV. 

The client is getting the following error "

Only 1 user is getting this error. We have tried to update the Jet Report but got the same error. 

The other user is able to Run the report without any errors. 

Does anyone have a solution for this issue.

    Hi ZHU,

    Thank you for the response. I had looked into the above links but client was still having issue. We have logged a ticket with Jet support and once the issue is resolved, I will post here.

    Hi ZHU,

    This issue was resolved.

    I tried a few things and found the 1 of the cause that was giving the error. We checked for the database connectivity via SQL. We checked the Native SQL client and found that it was not installed on the user machine. After installation the test connectivity to database was successful and the report had no issues when actioned.
