Auto create email draft

Hello to everyones,

when I reply an email into CRM without send it the system creates howewer a drat email record even if I press the OK button when I try to exit without saving (the same for forward action).

I don't want that this behavior occurs.

Any ideas please?

Hi Macro,

This is the default feature of MS CRM. It looks something is saved in Body field and then its available for editing to the user and then it comes on par with outlook where writing something is saved as draft.

I am also facing same problem - draft email gets created in CRM when user click on Reply or Reply All. Is there a way, I can disable default behavior of CRM not creating a draft email on just click of Reply button.

The issue with this default behavior is that if user clicks to reply a email and then later don't want to send the email, CRM will give notification to user later that few emails are left in draft state and need to be send out.
