Did you ever fix it? I think I know what is wrong
I have found that moving the CDAPROCS.DAT & CDAPROCS.IDX files from ..\GP to ..\GP\Data fixes the problem most times. However I have an instance with Windows 7 where that is not working

Were you able to figure this one out? I have a client running into the same thing. Could not make it go away either. Does not seem to cause any damage though aside from being annoying.
