Hi, I am new to to use MS Dynamics Human Resource module. We ave selected the trial module, but unable to do any changes. It seems not easy like other third party software which provide simple and effective result. Also i have tried to buy Single license but unfortunately i cant get that also neither my request get answered by Microsoft. It looks simple but processing of data may take hell lots of time to understand and practice. And not that easy as it looks. Also i didn't receive any proper guidance from support team, infect i have nothing from support team. Its already 48 hours over but i am still moving round and round in the same screen.
Anybody can help me in this regard or shall i go for any other non microsoft product?

What exactly do you mean with unable to do any changes? Can you describe this? Do you get errors?
There is documentation available on Microsoft Docs and you can find learnings online.
Can you otherwise provide details what you want to test or try out where you get stuck?
Did you manage to get anny support and updates?
