Is there an option to automatically open the sales packing slip report when the load is dispatched?

Hi All, 
 
I have setup the dox42 and made the print medium as a screen. Still, the report is not opened automatically when the load is dispatched. 

It's working for a few users but not for many users in the plant. I assigned the same roles and user setup to myself and tested the same scenario, but it's not working for me.
 
Is there an option to automatically open the sales packing slip report when the load is dispatched?

    Dox42 is a third-party ISV solution. I would suggest contacting your partner or dox42 support for some assistance.

    You can try double-checking your dox42 configuration to make sure it's set up correctly. Verify that report templates, data sources, and integration with D365 FO are configured correctly. Check the system log, event log, and any error messages generated during the load dispatch process. If it still doesn't work, you can seek help from DOX42 support.
    PS: There is no built-in option in FO to automatically open the sales packing slip report when shipping. If you want to use the SalesPackingSlip report, you can check this document to set it up.
