While doing Physical Inventory through 'Phys. Inventory Journals' System show no inventory for an Item but show inventory in 'Inventory Valuation'.

It's difficult to name a reason with the given information.
The Inventory Valuation covers all locations. Your Phys. Inventory Journal is maybe based on one Location only?
In the above case one Material Receipt was posted in future date i.e. after the date of Phy. Inventory.
