How to set up email for users in Business portal

Hello,

I have set up business portal and created users.

I also have gone to Business portal administrator to setup the smtp server.

A user created a vacation request but the manager didn't receive any mail to that effect.

Please how do I set it up such that the manager can receive an e-mail alert when a vacation request is submitted?

    Hi, it depends on your version of BP.  You can try the following places.  A call to support may help as well.

    • BP Home > Site  Settings > E-mail and Remote Desktop Services.
    • Set info on user in SharePoint.
